Reservation

To visit our estate, reservations are required and can be made through our website.
Please read the reservation process and cancellation policy on the website.

If there are cancellations or available tables on the day of your visit, you may visit without a reservation.
You can check the availability on our website or ask the doorman at the entrance of the estate.

Time for stay

We offer an 100-minute stay (110 minutes during dinner time) from the time of your arrival with a butler's greeting until your departure.
If your arrival is delayed due to circumstances at the estate, we will adjust your stay time accordingly.

However, if you arrive after your reservation time, we will need to keep your original departure time as scheduled.
In addition, we cannot accommodate guests who arrive 50 minutes or more after their reservation time, regardless of the reason.

In this case, please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for the number of guests who were unable to enter the estate.
Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter.

Reception

After the doorman confirms your reservation at the entrance, our butlers will greet each group one by one.

Please note that there may be a short wait or a change in the order of the greetings due to circumstances.

Orders

At our estate, we kindly request that each individual orders one set menu.
The set menu includes not only a meal but also one accompanying beverage.
For more details, please refer to the MENU page.
In cases you already had a meal or find it difficult to dine at our estate, you can select our Gift Box Set or Gift Ticket Set, allowing you to enjoy only beverages during your visit.
(However, Gift Box Sets and Gift Tickets cannot be selected during dinner reservations or anniversary periods.)
We also strive to accommodate requests for excluding or substituting ingredients related to food allergies as much as possible.
However, due to the availability of ingredients, we kindly ask for advance notice no later than "2 days before your visit at 18:00."
Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate requests made after check-in, so kindly understand in advance.
We may be able to accommodate modifications, but this is not guaranteed


Food Allergy / Vegetarians & Vegans

If there are foods that cannot be consumed due to food allergies or religious reasons/principles, due to the availability of ingredients, we kindly ask for advance notice no later than "2 days before your visit at 18:00."
Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate requests made after check-in, so kindly understand in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate gluten allergies.

*Tea Time
In case there are no meal options available due to reasons such as allergies, we recommend considering use of the Gift Ticket Set. This set includes a gift shop voucher instead of meal along with one drink.

*Dinner Time
Please note that for dinner, the only available option for ordering is the 'Catherine' Dinner Course. In such circumstances, all guests will be required to order the 'Catherine' Dinner Course. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate on-the-day requests regarding dietary restrictions or food allergies. Kindly understand that we can only address such concerns through prior communication.

Payment

Our butlers will contact you 20-30 minutes before your departure time.
Please note that there may be situations where we will need to settle the bill slightly earlier than expected, but you can relax and enjoy your time until the promised time.

If you wish to leave earlier than planned, please let us know in advance.

Membership

We will give you a Members Registration Card when you visit us for the first time.
Please fill in the required information in advance and present it to us on your next visit.
We will prepare a formal Member's card for you.

To ensure you have a relaxing time during your visit, we recommend that you complete the registration card in advance.

Regardless of the amount spent, 100 points will be added to your account for each visit when using the Member's card.
We have various benefits available depending on the accumulated points.

Taking Photographs / Shooting Video

Photography is prohibited within the estate premises, regardless of the purpose or subject.
Additionally, posting images of the estate's interior, including the scenery, butlers, footmen, menus, etc., without prior approval from the estate is strictly prohibited, regardless of the media used, including the internet.

If such a violation is confirmed, regardless of whether or not the policy was known, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the estate from that point forward.
We understand that this is a strict policy, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that even if you are not taking photos, if you are seen holding a device with a camera function, such as a cell phone or smartphone, or if it is placed on the table, our staff may ask you to refrain from doing so.

However, it is allowed to take some photos at the entrance of the estate.
Please confirm with the doorman before taking any photos.
We kindly ask that you also consider the privacy of those around you when taking photos.

Other Notices

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
    Smoking areas are not provided.
  • Extension of the promised time (100 or 110 minutes) is not possible.
  • The use of mobile phones and smartphones is strictly prohibited on the premises, regardless of whether you are making a call or not.
    In case of an emergency, please inform us and we will guide you to the entrance.

We regret to inform you that we have had reports of unauthorized filming using mobile phones and smartphones, which is why we have had to implement the above measures.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

About Visiting Us

Can even men or children visit the estate?

We are not exclusively for women.
Men are also welcome to visit us.

Regarding children's visits, we kindly ask that they be 5 years old or older.
They must be able to sit on a chair alone and their presence should be included in the reservation and order, just like an adult.

Can I take pictures of estate, dishes or butlers?

Photography is prohibited within the estate premises, regardless of the purpose or subject.

There are no specific restrictions on attire.
Please feel free to visit us in casual attire.

Do you call me by specific name?

Our member's card benefits include the option to be addressed by your preferred name.
Therefore, we cannot address you by your regular name and will use the honorific you choose at the time of your reservation.

Please note that we require your legal name for reservation confirmation purposes, but we will not use it for any other purpose.

Can I come in with my wheel chair?

Of course, you are welcome to visit us.
However, please be aware of the following restrictions before making a reservation:

  • Due to the structure of the building, it is not possible to enter using the elevator, and you will need to use the stairs.
  • We ask that you kindly use the stairs with the assistance of your accompanying party as much as possible.
    Please understand that we cannot take responsibility in case of emergencies, and we appreciate your understanding.
  • Please note that you will enter the building via a staircase on a relatively gentle slope of the servants' passage, rather than the main entrance.
    Therefore, we will not be able to greet you or see you off at our usual entrance.

Please make a reservation after understanding the above.
If you require a wheelchair, please contact us in advance.

Matters related to reservations

Do I have to reserve in advance?

Generally, we ask that you make a reservation in advance when using our estate.
However, if there are vacant tables available on the day of your visit, you are welcome to visit us even without a reservation.

We will provide information on the availability of tables on the day at the entrance of our estate.

Can I get in your estate if I come directly?

If you wish to visit us and there is a “vacant” indication on the information board at the entrance or on our website, please inform the doorman directly on the day.

Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the availability of tables on the day by email or phone in advance, so please understand this beforehand.

There are no date/time I want on “Reservation” page.

If the desired table is not indicated on the “Reservation” page, it may already be fully booked or the estate may be closed on the day.

Regarding estate closures, we provide information on our website under “Closure and Time Changes”.

How should I get in the waiting list?

We are not currently accepting waitlists or cancellations.
As long as there is room available, cancellations will be treated as a regular reservation request.

Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the availability of tables on the day by email or phone in advance, so please understand this beforehand.

I do not receive your confirmation mail after temporary reservation.

From 12:00 a.m. to around 12:30 a.m., there may be delays in email delivery due to server load caused by concentrated processing.

If you do not receive the email even after waiting for a while, there may be an error in the email address you entered.

The provisional reservation process also serves as a confirmation of the customer's identity for the reservation.
However, we cannot physically address issues such as incorrect email addresses or non-delivery due to various service settings, so we cannot accept corrections or retransmissions.

In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you go through the reservation process again.

In addition, if there is a “.” (period) in the account name (the string before “@”) during reservation reception and you specify a “docomo.ne.jp” domain email address, it has been confirmed that the email at the time of application may not be delivered.

The cause and solution of this issue have not yet been determined, and in order to ensure a smooth process, the only option is to use a different email address or change the account name.

Received an email after making a temporary reservation, it says “different from the email address used at the time of reservation” during the final reservation process

When entering your email address, there is a possibility that you may have made a mistake between upper and lower case letters or accidentally inserted a space.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please reapply with a new application.

Also, if you try to complete the process after making a temporary reservation during busy times, you may receive this type of error message.
To smoothly complete the process after making a temporary reservation, please avoid doing so immediately after midnight.

Feel uncomfortable entering personal information such as your name

We ask for the representative's address and phone number to ensure smooth operation, as it can be very difficult for us in the event of a cancellation just before the promised date or without any prior notice.

In the case of any inadequacy in the information provided, we may not be able to reserve a table for you, so we kindly request your cooperation.

How many people can make a reservation?

At our estate, we prepare tables with a set number of people for each time slot.

We have tables available for a minimum of one person and a maximum of four people.
Please note that we cannot physically accommodate more than this number of people, so please understand in advance.

I want to change the date and time of my reservation

We accept reservations by table, and we are unable to accommodate changes in date and time.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we kindly request that you cancel your current reservation and make a new one.

I want to change the number of people in my reservation

If the number of people falls within the range that can be selected for each table, you can adjust it freely without contacting us.

Even if there are vacancies, you can enter by paying ¥1,500 (dinner: ¥2,500) per vacant spot.

In addition, we cannot accept changes to the number of people outside of the range, so in that case, please cancel once and apply again anew.

I want to change the representative person.

If the representative is unable to visit us due to their circumstances, only the accompanying member who has entered their member's card number at the time of booking can change the representative.

(* If the number of people falls below the selectable number of people at the time of booking due to a change in the number of people, cancellation fees may apply.)
Also, if the accompanying member has entered their member's card number, there is no need to contact us in advance about the change.

We do not accept representative changes in cases other than the above.

If you change the representative without the accompanying member's member card number, you may not be able to enter, so we recommend that you provide the accompanying member's member card number as much as possible when making a reservation.

Also, please be sure to contact us by email in this case.

If there are applications that are intended for changes or transfers, such as intentionally entering multiple member's card numbers at the time of booking, we may refuse your visit from now on.

I want to confirm or change my reservation details.

Please provide detailed information such as the reservation date and time, email address used for booking, and name when making inquiries or requesting changes to your reservation.

Please be aware that if the information provided is insufficient, our response may be delayed.

Cancellation policy for your reservation

What should I do if I can't visit as scheduled?

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure outlined in the email sent to you and complete the cancellation process by 8:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled visit.

In the event that you cancel after the deadline or are unable to visit us on the day of your reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee, which must be paid by bank transfer.

Please note that while the deadline for cancellations is 7:30 a.m., if you are unable to visit us at the last minute, we ask that you contact us immediately.

If you cancel your reservation without notifying us, we will send you an email regarding the cancellation fee, and if we do not receive payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to refuse future reservations.
(This also applies to cancellations made with prior notice.)"

I would like to know more about cancellations.

Cancellation fees will only be charged in the following cases:

  • If you cancel your reservation after 8:00 p.m. on the day before the promised date, regardless of whether the procedure has been completed or the reservation is provisional.
    (Tea time: ¥4,000 per person)
    (Dinner time: ¥7,300 per person)
  • If you do not visit us on the promised date without notifying us (no-show).
    (Tea time: ¥4,000 per person)
    (Dinner time: ¥7,300 per person)
  • If the number of guests who visit us is less than the selectable number of guests.
    (Tea time: difference between the selectable number of guests and the actual number of guests × ¥1,500)
    (Dinner time: difference between the selectable number of guests and the actual number of guests × ¥2,500)
  • If you arrive at the venue 50 minutes or more after the reserved time.
    (Tea time: ¥4,000 per person or the difference between the selectable number of guests and the actual number of guests × ¥1,500)
    (Dinner time: ¥7,300 per person or the difference between the selectable number of guests and the actual number of guests × ¥2,500)

The selectable number of guests is the range that can be selected at the time of application.
For example, if you reserve a table for “3-4 guests” and only “2 guests” visit, we will charge a “cancellation fee for one vacant seat”.

I would like to know the payment method and payment deadline for cancellation fees.

If you cancel your reservation after 8 pm on the day before your reservation or if you fail to show up, we ask that you make the cancellation fee payment via bank transfer.
We will provide you with the necessary information for the bank transfer, and we kindly request that you make the payment within one week of receiving the information.

In addition, if the number of people who show up is less than the number of people selected during the reservation process, we will charge the cancellation fee at the time of payment.

I would like to cancel my cancellation.

In order to protect personal information, we erase all application details when cancellation is processed at our facility.
Therefore, we cannot restore a reservation that has been cancelled once, on our end.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please kindly make a new reservation from the beginning.

Matter regarding payment

I would like to know the cost of visiting your establishment.

We do not charge any fees for table charge or service charge, apart from the order amount.

Can I use a credit card?

We accept JCB, VISA, MASTER, and AMEX credit cards.

However, even with IC cards, we cannot bring the terminal to your table, so we will ask for a signature instead of using a PIN.

How do I pay the bill?

We will bring the bill to your table about 20 minutes before you leave.
We will accept payment at your table at that time.

(Although the time for payment may be slightly earlier, please relax and enjoy until the promised time.)

We will come to you when you have finished your meal, but if you need to leave earlier than the promised time, please let our footman know.

Information regarding the member's card.

I'd like to know more about the member's card.

For first-time visitors, we provide a “Member Registration Card” during payment.
When you visit us next time, please bring the Member Registration Card with the necessary information filled out and we will exchange it for an official “Member's card”.

I would like to know about the point benefits of the member's card.

Can I get a reissue of my lost member's card?

If you have lost your member's card, we will give you a new registration card and issue a new card (with 200 points at the time of issuance).
Therefore, we cannot reissue a member's card that retains your points and membership number.

If the lost card is found, you can use the old card, but we cannot combine the points of the 2 cards.

  • Take-out only.
    Cakes cannot be consumed on the premises.
  • Advance reservation is required for Anniversary Cakes.
  • Payment for Anniversary Cakes will be made at the same time as your bill upon your visit to the estate.
  • The cancellation deadline for Anniversary Cakes is 6:00 PM, 2 days before your visit.
    After this time, we regret to inform you that we will charge for the number of cakes ordered, as we will have already prepared them.
  • Even if you cancel your reservation for Anniversary Cakes after 6:00 PM, 2 days before your visit, we will still charge for the number of cakes ordered.
  • Messages will be written on a plate.
    Please let us know if you want a message on your cake by the day before your reservation.
    If you do not need a message, you do not need to inform us.
  • We can accept requests for messages or plates at any time after your reservation for cakes has been completed.
    Please provide your reservation date and time, and the name of the representative, and let us know your message in 20 characters or less using the inquiry form.
  • Please note that in our environment, heart marks or other emojis may not be displayed correctly.
    For simple emojis like heart marks, please write them in parentheses like ""(heart mark)"".
  • Unlike the birthday month benefit, even if you do not have a member's card, you can still request Anniversary Cakes for various celebrations.

Can I order an anniversary cake after making a reservation?

We can also take orders for anniversary cakes after the reservation has been made.
Please provide us with your reservation date and time, the email address and name you specified, and any other relevant details in your message.
To place an order for the anniversary cake and provide the message to be placed on the cake, please make sure to contact us no later than 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit

Can I order an anniversary cake without letting the representative know?

If you wish, anyone other than the representative can also order an anniversary cake. In such cases, please provide detailed information including the reservation date and time, the email address specified during the reservation, and the name of the representative. Kindly inform us of your desire for an anniversary cake by contacting us no later than 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit.

If you wish to keep it a surprise from the representative, and if the cake type and message have been finalized by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit, we will not contact the representative about the cake.
