お誕生日や記念日など、大切なお祝いにあわせて、当家パティシエが心を込めて自家製オリジナルケーキをご用意いたします。
誕生月特典とは異なり、メンバーズカードをお持ちでない方でもお申し込みいただけます。
お誕生日はもちろん、さまざまなお祝いの機会にぜひご利用くださいませ。
アニバーサリーケーキは、以下の方法でお申し込みいただけます。
- ご予約時

ご予約内容の入力画面にて、あわせてお申し込みいただけます。
ご希望のケーキや数量、メッセージプレートの内容をご入力ください。
- ご予約完了後

マイページ内の「ご来館予定」より、アニバーサリーケーキの追加や、メッセージプレートの追加・変更を行っていただけます。
なお、アニバーサリーケーキのお申し込み、およびメッセージプレートの追加・変更は、ご来館日の2日前18:00まで承っております。
期限を過ぎてからの追加・変更はお受けいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

Celebrate birthdays and other special occasions with our house-made original cakes, carefully crafted by our pastry chef.
Unlike our Birthday Month Benefit, Anniversary Cakes are available to all guests, including those who do not have a Members Card.
We hope you will enjoy them for birthdays and many other memorable occasions.
You may order an Anniversary Cake in either of the following ways:
- When making your reservation

You can add an Anniversary Cake while completing your reservation.
Please select your preferred cake, quantity, and enter your desired message for the message plate.
- After your reservation has been confirmed

You may add an Anniversary Cake, or add or edit the message plate, from “Upcoming Reservations” in your My Page.
Please note that orders for Anniversary Cakes, as well as additions or changes to the message plate, must be completed no later than 6:00 PM JST, two days before your visit.
We are unable to accept any requests after this deadline.

ケーキご用命に関するご注意事項
アニバーサリーケーキのサイズは「3号（直径9cm程度）」となります。
アニバーサリーケーキのアレルギー対応はいたしかねます。
アニバーサリーケーキはお持ち帰りのお品でございます。
ティーサロン内ではお召し上がりいただけませんのでご注意くださいませ。
アニバーサリーケーキのご用命にはご来館予約も必要です。
ケーキの代金はご来館の際にお会計と併せてのお支払いとなります。
アニバーサリーケーキのキャンセル可能期間は「ご来館2日前の18時まで」となります。
それ以降のキャンセルに関しては通常通りケーキの代金を請求させていただきます。
アニバーサリーケーキを予約したまま「ご来館2日前の18時以降に予約席をキャンセル」された場合も、ケーキの代金を請求させていただきます。
ケーキには保冷剤をお付けしておりますが、持ち歩くことが予想される場合には保冷バッグのご利用をお勧めしております。
別途300円（税込）にて保冷バッグをご用意しておりますので、是非ご利用くださいませ。
来館時に担当のフットマンからお伺いいたします。
メッセージ入れのご依頼方法に関しては下記の通りとなります。
2026/8/9（日）までの予約席の場合
メッセージプレートのご希望は、ケーキのご用命を含む予約が完了した後に承っております。
「ご予約日時」と「代表者のお名前」を添えて、【Swallowtailお問合せフォーム】よりご依頼下さい。
なお、ご依頼は必ず「ご来館の2日前18時まで」にお願いいたします。
2026/8/10（月）以降の予約席の場合
メッセージはご予約時にご入力いただくか、ご予約完了後はマイページより追加・変更が可能です。
いずれの場合も、「ご来館日の2日前18:00まで」にご登録をお願いいたします。
なお、上記期限を過ぎての追加・変更は承ることができませんので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
メッセージは半角の30文字以内でご指定ください。
ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字などの全角文字は2文字換算となり、日本語のみの場合は最大15文字程度が目安となります。
- 半角（アルファベット・数字）： 1文字
- 全角（ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字）： 2文字換算

イラスト・絵文字、上記以外の記号は対応いたしかねます。
上記以外の文字・記号・絵文字を入力された場合は、該当部分を除外したメッセージでプレートをご用意いたしますので、予めご了承ください。
また、当館（SWALLOWTAIL）や使用人（執事・フットマン等）宛のメッセージ、当館や使用人の名前を含むメッセージはお受けいたしかねます。
Important Notes on Ordering
Allergy Information
Please note that we are unable to accommodate allergy-specific requests for anniversary cakes.
Takeaway Only
Anniversary cakes are for takeaway only. They cannot be consumed inside the mansion.
Reservation Requirement
A confirmed reservation for your visit is required in order to place an anniversary cake order.
Payment for the cake will be collected together with your bill at the time of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cakes may be canceled free of charge until 6:00 p.m. JST, two days prior to your visit
- For cancellations made after this time, the full cake fee will be charged
- If your seat reservation is canceled after 6:00 p.m. JST, two days prior to your visit, while a cake order remains, the cake fee will still apply
Carrying & Storage
All cakes are provided with ice packs. However, if extended carrying time is expected, we highly recommend using a cooler bag.
Cooler bags are available for purchase at 300 JPY(tax included). Your attending footman will confirm with you at the time of your visit.
Message Plate
- You may enter your message when making your reservation, or add or edit it later through your My Page.
- Please complete your message entry or any changes by 6:00 PM JST, two days before your visit.
- After this deadline, we are unable to accept any additions or changes to the message.
Message Length
Please limit your message to 30 characters.
The 30-character limit is based on half-width (single-byte) letters and numbers.
For Japanese characters (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji), each full-width character counts as two characters, so a message written entirely in Japanese is limited to approximately 15 characters.

- Wave dash (〜 / ～ / ~)
Illustrations, emojis, and any symbols not listed above cannot be used.
If unsupported characters, symbols, or emojis are included in your message, they will be removed, and the message plate will be prepared without those characters.
In addition, we cannot accept messages addressed to SWALLOWTAIL, our butlers, footmen, or any other members of our staff, nor messages that include their names.
