アニバーサリーケーキのご用命及びメッセージプレートのご用命、アレルギーや各種お食事に関するご対応、ワインご予約のお問い合わせに関しまして
日頃より当館をご愛顧頂きまして、誠にありがとうございます。
お嬢様、お坊ちゃまにお問い合わせに関するご報告がございます。
①アニバーサリーケーキのご用命につきまして
アニバーサリーのご用命はご来館の2日前18：00までにお申しつけくださいませ。
②アニバーサリーケーキのメッセージプレートにつきまして
アニバーサリーケーキに添えるメッセージプレートはご来館の2日前18：00までにお申し付けくださいませ。
- メッセージは30文字以内でご指定ください。
アルファベット・数字は1文字（半角）、ひらがな・漢字・カタカナは2文字（全角）換算となります。 -
イラスト、記号（下記の【対応可能な記号】以外）は対応いたしかねます。

読点［、］、句点［。］、中黒［・］、ピリオド［．］、伸ばし棒［ー］、波ダッシュ［～］
【対応可能な記号】以外をご入力された場合はそちらのイラスト・記号を除外したメッセージでプレートをご用意させていただきますので、予めご了承くださいませ。
- 当館や使用人宛のメッセージや、当館や使用人の名前が入ったメッセージもお断りさせていただきます。
③アレルギーや各種お食事に関するご対応につきまして
食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由で召し上がれない食材がある場合は、食材の除外もしくは差し替えに関しては出来うる限りうけたまわっております。
ご用意する食材の都合上、必ずご来館の7日前18：00までに以下のお問合せフォームからお知らせ下さいませ。
（※2025/7/6（日）の予約席までは「ご来館2日前の18時まで」ご連絡を承ります）
（※BAR「Blue Moon」へのご依頼に関しては、従来通り「ご来館の2日前18：00まで」のご連絡を承ります）
なお、ご依頼の際は具体的な食材を明示くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
ディナータイムご予約回での小麦アレルギー・グルテンアレルギーの対応、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン、およびハラール食材に関して品物の差し替えで対応することはできません。
ヴィーガン対応パスタをご提供いたします。

④ワインのご予約につきまして
ワインのご予約につきまして、ご来館の2日前18：00までにお申し付けくださいませ。
諸事情により当館に在庫がない場合もございますのであらかじめご了承くださいませ。ご用意が整わない場合は当館より改めまして連絡差し上げます。
誠に勝手ながら、上記の通りご変更をさせていただきます。
各種お問い合わせの際は、必ず「お問合せフォーム」よりお願い申し上げます。

Regarding requests for an anniversary cake, ordering a message plate, handling allergies and various dietary preferences, and inquiries about wine reservations
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
In response to the questions we receive on a daily basis, we have made the following new arrangements.
①Placing an Order for an Anniversary Cake
Place your order for anniversary cakes by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit.
②Regarding the Message Plate for the Anniversary Cake
Please submit your request for an anniversary cake message plate no later than 6:00 p.m., two days prior to your visit.
Messages must be within 30 characters.
For character counting:
• Alphabet letters and numbers count as 1 character (half-width).
• Hiragana, Kanji, and Katakana count as 2 characters (full-width).
We regret that we cannot accommodate illustrations or symbols other than those listed below.
Permitted Symbols (counted as 2 characters each):
・Japanese comma [、], Japanese period [。], middle dot [・], period [．], long vowel mark [ー], wave dash [～]
If any non-permitted symbols or illustrations are included in your request, they will be omitted when preparing your message plate. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Additionally, please note that messages addressed to Swallowtail or its staff members, or including their names, cannot be accepted.
③Regarding Allergies and Dietary Preferences
If there are any foods that you are unable to consume due to allergies or religious reasons/principles, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance, no later 6:00 PM, seven days prior to your visit, as ingredient availability may be limited.

Inquiry Form
We are unable to accommodate substitutions for wheat allergies, gluten allergies, vegan, vegetarian, or halal ingredients during dinner time reservations.
However, we do offer a vegan-friendly pasta.
Please refer to the menu for details.
④Regarding Wine Reservations
For wine reservations, please inform us by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit. Please be aware that, due to various circumstances, there may be instances where we do not have the requested wine in stock. We appreciate your understanding, and if the requested wine is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives.
We have made the following changes as mentioned above. For all inquiries, kindly use the "Inquiry Form" without exception. We regret to inform you that we are unable to respond to inquiries sent directly via email. Thank you for your understanding.
