アニバーサリーケーキはお持ち帰りのお品でございます。
ティーサロン内ではお召し上がりいただけませんのでご注意くださいませ。

アニバーサリーケーキのご用命にはご来館予約も必要です。
ケーキの代金はご来館の際にお会計と併せてのお支払いとなります。

アニバーサリーケーキのキャンセル可能期間は「ご来館2日前の18時まで」となります。
それ以降のキャンセルに関しては通常通りケーキの代金を請求させていただきます。

アニバーサリーケーキを予約したまま「ご来館2日前の18時以降に予約席をキャンセル」された場合も、ケーキの代金を請求させていただきます。

ケーキには保冷剤をお付けしておりますが、持ち歩くことが予想される場合には保冷バッグのご利用をお勧めしております。
別途300円（税込）にて保冷バッグをご用意しておりますので、是非ご利用くださいませ。
来館時に担当のフットマンからお伺いいたします。

メッセージプレートのご希望は、ケーキのご用命を含む予約が完了した後に承っております。
ご希望の場合は必ず「ご来館の2日前18時まで」にご依頼くださいませ。

メッセージプレートのご依頼は、「ご予約日時」と「代表者のお名前」を添えて、【Swallowtailお問合せフォーム】よりお知らせ下さい。

メッセージは30文字以内でご指定ください。
アルファベット・数字は1文字（半角）、ひらがな・漢字・カタカナは2文字（全角）換算となります。

イラスト、記号（下記の【対応可能な記号】以外）は対応いたしかねます。

【対応可能な記号】以外をご入力された場合はそちらのイラスト・記号を除外したメッセージでプレートをご用意させていただきますので、予めご了承くださいませ。

当館や使用人宛のメッセージや、当館や使用人の名前が入ったメッセージもお断りさせていただきます。

Allergy Information
Please note that we are unable to accommodate allergy-specific requests for anniversary cakes.

Takeaway Only
Anniversary cakes are for takeaway only. They cannot be consumed inside the Tea Salon.

Reservation Requirement
A confirmed reservation for your visit is required in order to place an anniversary cake order.
Payment for the cake will be collected together with your bill at the time of your visit.

Cancellation Policy
・Cakes may be canceled free of charge until 6:00 p.m., two days prior to your visit.
・For cancellations made after this time, the full cake fee will be charged
・If your seat reservation is canceled after 6:00 p.m., two days prior to your visit, while a cake order remains, the cake fee will still apply.

Carrying & Storage
All cakes are provided with ice packs. However, if extended carrying time is expected, we highly recommend using a cooler bag.
Cooler bags are available for purchase at ¥300 (tax included). Your attending footman will confirm with you at the time of your visit.

How to Request
Message plate requests are accepted only after your reservation (including the cake order) has been confirmed.
If you would like to add a message, please submit your request no later than 6:00 p.m., two days prior to your visit.

Submission Method
Please send your request via the Swallowtail Inquiry Form

(Anniversary Cake Inquiries),

including your reservation date and time as well as the name of the reservation holder.

Messages must be within 30 characters.
・Alphabets and numbers = 1 character (half-width)
・Hiragana, Kanji, Katakana = 2 characters (full-width)

Symbols & Restrictions

If any non-permitted symbols or illustrations are included, they will be omitted when preparing your message plate. Thank you for your understanding.

Prohibited Messages
Messages addressed to Swallowtail or its staff, or containing the names of Swallowtail or its staff members, cannot be accepted.
